I just read on SIF that HIT have signed onto the forum and YT and Dailymotion to keep an eye on those who upload Thomas episodes. http://www.sodor-island.net/thomasnews.html
Apparently they don't appreciate it so beware to those who do. I would stop if I were you guys, im not uploading anymore either until this dies down. Just a warner that your account could die out.

My main account should be good! But if you ask me its their own fault really! They allowed Thomas eps up on YT for about 2 years1

That is true. They've let it get out of hand. But, I remember that when Season 10 and 11 first aired, HiT was the same way. It's a once-a-year deal I think...

Surprisingly, HiT hasn't removed any Thomas episodes since September 2008. I think they stopped removing them now.
