I recently downloaded some new free software onto my pc and i thought that it was too good to be true and it turned out that it was the case because it had a virus on it that did something to my pc that stopped it from accessing the file system and for some reason the computer kept rebooting itself but luckily it was not that bad so i just booted in safe mode and deleted the program and the problem was solved
