So how are you all?

I know it's been quite a long time since I've updated, but I want to let you all know I'm not dead. I'm just a little too busy to have time to get on the computer for work. Lately, I've been doing the whole school thing... you know... homework, studies, classes, and so on.

Other than that, I'm trying to find myself a new job, because the season is coming to an end, and I've yet to find another job unfortunately. I'm hoping something comes up soon! I really REALLY need a new job.

So in gaming news, I recently got Dissidia Final Fantasy as a gift from my girlfriend. It's awesome!!! I mean, seriously this has to be the best PSP game ever. At least for me, because in all honesty I never had any interest in a PSP game as much as this since Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops (and the new MGS interests me just as much.)

My brother also recently bought Halo ODST, I haven't bought the game yet, but I have a free month card for LIVE, so I'll be using that soon to play some Halo and Blazblue online very soon. I haven't touched ODST yet, because I've been too engulfed with Dissida.

In other recent news, my girlfriend will be living VERY close to me soon, and I cannot wait. It will be really great because we'll be able to spend more time together, so this week I'm helping her move out and move in nearby. Other than that, things have been going very well in my life, and I do hope to be more active here soon, or at least in gaming, but I'm just busy trying to find a job.

Also a little personal update, my dad had lost his job about a month ago, but now he's starting his own business in the city of Pasadena. They've got the place and everything and their target date to open is Novermber. This should be interesting, I'm hoping it will work out for us because a lot is indeed riding on this. My dad worked at Lexus for 20 years, but was laid off (stupid economy) but now he's taking a chance at something. He'll be opening a repair shop in Pasadena, and I'll keep you all updated.

Other than that... take care! See you guys next time *goes back to Dissidia*

I hope your dad will succeed, this tough economy has also effected my dad as well since no one is buying carpet, hardwood, or even tile.

You'll probably be disappointed by ODST, played it at my mates over the weekend and didn't think to much of it honestly and I agree dissidia is a nice game but I'm waiting on peacewalker from konami ^_^ That'll be Awesome Fun!

New blog! b d

Dissidia! Lucky you. I still need that one. I won't be getting Halo 3:ODST, too many games on the backlog for me. Great to hear that you two are doing great (and even better with the upcoming move, I'd imagine).

Good luck to your Dad, hoping that goes well.

I hope your dad's business venture is a success.

And nice to see Dissidia is good. I may have to pick that up sometime.

Oh, and I picked up ODST and I love it so far. The campaign is an awesome new twist on the Halo 3 gameplay and Firefight is just plain awesome.

Hey! I don't feel like it's been that long, but I think that is because we keep in touch via Twitter Good luck on finding a job, now that the recession is supposed to be over, maybe it will be easier (I hope).

I wish the best of luck with your dad-I know how it feels when the safety blanket gets pulled away. Glad you're enjoying Dissidia.

@FireEmblem_Man : Thanks a lot, and sorry to hear that about your dad. I hear the home market and businesses that apply to decor and remodeling are having it tough. Hope things pick up soon for him though...

@Zenkuso : So far I've played Firefight with my brother and it's really fun. I hate you can't do four player splitscreen on it though... I had some friends over last night, we were all excited to give it a go, and it only lets you do TWO players!! So we popped the Halo 3 MP disc in and played that instead... I hear ODST is better played alone than with friends, so I'll be giving it a whirl on SP after I finish moving my gf in.

@Zeromus1337 : lol I have so many games as well, I don't know how I'll ever get them... I've talked to my gf about getting Gamefly together, maybe that will help us out and let us play games we have interest in... Also thanks, I hope things go well too.

@THe_Game21x : THanks man, I hope so too. Also Yeah if you ever do pick it up, it's a really fun game. More so I think it caters a lot to me because I'm a collection junkie and there's so many things to buy, unlock, and collect that it's just neverending. It's good that it's very nice and rewarding about how many things it gives you, soooooo many "achievements" known as "accomplichments" that unlock new items, new items to buy at the shop after you buy some items, new weapons, and like so many things... It's fun to collect so if you want to be addicted like me... Also thanks, I hope things go well for him...

@TriEdgeFury26 : Yeah I know, right? 20 years, but it means nothing... they had to let him go, so... he's now trying to make his own business... who knows, maybe it's some sign or something... and things will go well and he'll do well and we'll have money to help us out and succeed as well. Also, I think people expected too much of Dissidia, it's just a "SSB" of FF characters, nothing much, but it's still fun IMHO. It's unique in it's own over-the-top sense and nostalgia rides high in this game... @Vexx88 lol that's fine But hey if you can play me in AW I'm up for it, just realize I haven't played in some time, yet I'm confident my skills haven't waned ... it's like chess... except with explosions and bombers and tanks! @horseyjesse : lol That is so true... Twitter and Facebook make it much easier to communicate and update people with what's going on, instead of taking the time to blog about it. Also thanks, I hope I get one soon, but I may end up working with my dad at the shop too... so I guess I have a job kind of already... @Cronaroth : Cool, thanks man... Also yeah, Dissidia rocks!!
