A Common Held Belief in the "Churches of God" is that The Lord used "Herbert W. Armstrong" to get the Truth to the World. Although this is part of the truth, since (as far as i know) no Man since 1900 has done a more powerful work. This However Does not mean that All his doctrine is correct. Knowing the History of where Herbert W. Armstrong actually came to some and probably most of the truths he knew might surprise you. I do encourage you to TAKE THE LORDS WORD FOR IT AND "TEST ALL THINGS HOLD FAST WHAT IS GOOD"(1 Thessalonians 5:21 NKJV), taking my word for it does not help you and is not what im intending when i post anything up, I will leave some of the studying and proving to you, but will give helpful articles to start you on your search.

Interesting enough if you read all these articles, and studied some yourself, you'll see that the Phrase said to be a Quote of Mr. Armstrong "I had to come to the truth one truth at a time" is utterly incorrect.

Herbert W. Armstrong did a great work and was a huge part in bringing many to understanding, but He did not have the full truth, and the Lord never claimed he did. It is also interesting to note that a Church from this "movement" practice the OBSERVATIONAL CALENDAR which has been discussed in this blog: THE BIBLICAL CALENDAR

It seems today that the Lord is still to Raise up the Philadelphia Era of his church.

How is everyone? Recently I have began Learning Greek so i can read the old Manuscripts which the KJV was translated from as well as the more accurate older manuscripts that do not have the add-ins from the latin-vulgate, and other false translations.

This will enable me to find and point out obvious errors that are stuck in our modern bibles. Although i already know of many like "1 john 5:7" which is not in any older manuscripts but was added later and stuck in our bibles, i would like to be able to read the very oldest and the most accurate texts and compare them.

For anyone else that wants to learn Biblical Greek so they can do the same i have found some free sites that are helping me:

Through recent study i have found that "The Jewish(Hebrew) Calendar" Which "The Living Church of God" uses is not Biblical, but is a man devised calendar. This my friends is the very reason God tell us to "Test all things, hold fast what is good"(1 Thessalonians 5:21 NKJV). Here are some articles so you can do the research yourself!
