What's with so many people resurging back here on GS? oh well, it's awesome no matter how you look at it! I missed you onigiri girl and I thought you went off to become a bounty hunter or something. Anyways, you got a 360 and went to AX. Firstly, do you have XBL? if so, what's your gamertag? we should play something together. Ok this next part will sound selfish, but I wish you would of told me you were going to AX. You see, there's this visublog called mecha fetus, it's just a art outlet for a bunch of artists, they do awesome stuff. They were at AX and were selling their first art book there! Sadly, I couldn't go to AX and all the extra's sold out in seconds on their online store. So if I knew you were going, I would of asked you to buy me the book, then I would of paid you back for it and then I would of had mecha fetus's very first art book in my grasp. No matter though, they are planning on doing another print run soon, so hopefully I'll get one.

Enough of all that stuff about me, where have you been? and the next comic con is at San Diego, I say go for it.

@slipknoob i got connections no actually my friend knew someone who gives out free 360 to close friend ONLY if you buy from his store. i bought a tv there and got me a 360 pro. shes a nurse from silent hill. yeh this arm better heal up, i cant even pick up a controller x_x

@grafkhun yes i saw neko is back too! totally awesome! i cant hold a controller atm so i havent made an account yet. in fact, its still boxed up. ouch, yes if they reprint their artbook, i hope you do get your hands on one. i did walk by the art galleries and it was inspiring. Lots of people their selling their works and taking request on the spot.
yup the next comic-con is in san-diego, im trying to drag a few friends along, its a maybe rite now cuz i still have to see a doctor time to time.

@lightfellower i agree! she was totally into her character. it wouldve been sweet if pyramid head was there..unfortunately carrying around that big sword with that pyramid on his head got him tired and sitting most of the time.

Oh well, when you do finally get your 360 setup and you grow a new arm or get the one you have now healed up, tell us your gamertag. Me and mufu have a lot of games in common but have yet to play, since we are on opposite sides of the world and all. About comic con even if you don't have a group to go with, you can still go solo, don't have to drag your friends around, haha. It'll be worth it just for the Eisner awards alone, but atl the games and cosplay there are pretty sweet to.

Nah, I haven't seen any REALLY good horror for the longest time now I did watch Someone Behind You and it was very interesting though I'll let you know if I find any good ones! I have some that I'm looking at that seem good but ya never know until you watch

So how did the visit to the surgeon go?

Seriously? I thought you would be hitting me with your other arm (or kick me or something) for crushing your injured arm. xD

Anyway favourite hmm... for a single-player experience, I was totally absorbed in Mirror's Edge and Prince of Persia. I think there's a link there, that the two of them were trying something different for the company/genre/series, and the visuals are a treat as well. Not many love them as much as I do though.

As for multi-player, gotta love the Guitar Hero series. Great for when friends are over, and GH3 and up lets you play on Live.

I quite thought the Gears of War series was enjoyable if you're playing co-op with someone. You can play it alone, but I couldn't go through it without a friend. Gears 2 has a new Horde mode which is entirely suited for getting your friends to work together.

Lastly, Left 4 Dead. I'd rather you wait for the sequel coming out soon though, if you're planning to get the game. It shines more in multi-player despite just having 4 campaigns (in L4D, 2 has 5 I think).

I haven't actually played a lot, but those were the ones that stood out for me. I think graf has the last 2 games I mentioned too. And yeh, we never got to play together yet because of the time difference, and my Gold subscription is gonna end in August. Ack.

I honesly can't wait till its over, life without one arm is miserable ..

I thought I'd throw up all over myself if I played Mirror's Edge, but that wasn't the case. Not a single throb in the head, nor a slight churn in the stomach. It was great! Oh and just so you know, but I don't think you're that ignorant...? L4D is in first-person while Gears in third-person.

Ahh if there are promises of getting on Live with people, I'll have to renew it, yes. As for you, I think you're given a free period of Gold subscription when you make a Live account. That was what happened to me anyway, so I was pleasantly surprised.

@mufujifi i'll give mirror's edge another look. yes i noticed that gow2 is 3rd person while l4d is 1st, but thanks for letting me know! I don't really see the hype around gow2 but ill find out once i play it :] I'll get online live as soon as i get better, no rush! A free gold membership? free is always good hehe

Yeh do try the demo first. Also, I don't see how people complain about the demo being a misrepresentation of the game (that it's actually a boring pile of crud), when the demo is an actual level taken from the game. Tsk.

Haha I don't see the hype surrounding the whole series really. Bought the first game just to check it out and thought it was boring. Then my friend helped me on co-op and I began liking the series.
