So I bought the Orange Box a few days ago. 16 dollars for a brand new copy at Gamestop. One of the best purchases I've ever made in a Gamestop. I had quite a bit of store credit I didn't know about left on my EDGE card. So I decided to take 16 out of the 30 in store credit and pick up my own copy instead of borrowing everyone else's. I also thought of picking up the newer released Prince of Persia game and possibly NBA2k9 because both are only 20 dollars a each. Even though NBA2k10 is right around the corner from release, I'd rather buy 2k9 for cheap. Not much seems to change year to year when it comes to sports games. Anyways, one game at a time for now. Once I'm finished with The Orange Box, I'll go back and pick up a few moer titles. I also saw that Oblivion and Bioshock were being released as a two games in one package for about 30 dollars. I have owned Oblivion when I had a PS3. Bioshock I only borrowed from my room mate. 30 bucks seems like a steal for two great games. I might pick those up next time. But the next purchase I do want to make is Fallout 3. I have yet to get my hands on it. I've been putting it off for quite some time.

Other than gaming, I picked up a few movies from the local library. I've been doing it about every few days. Catching up on some of the recently released films I have yet to see that everyone else has buzzed about. As well as a few indie films I've been wanting to see. I also picked up a book as recommended by Sajedene. The Mailroom, a histroy of Hollywood as told by those on the inside of the industry. So far, it's pretty damn interesting to see how some of the biggest producers, writers, agents, big wigs, etc came from the bottom and made it to the top. It's a bit motivational. It gives one alot to consider if they plan on going into a behind the scenes field in the entertainment industry. That's what I plan on to do with my life, a future career as a talent agent or manager.

Besides all that, Comic-con is in two days. So I'm waiting to see what comes out of that. I'm sure everyone else is a bit stoked. My inner geek is bouncing around in anticipation.

Well, that's all for this one.

@N8A: I love it too. Easily one of my favorite games to date. 5 in 1, it doesn't get much better than that.

@Sajedene: That sucks. Hopefully someday you'll find yourself there managing a client or scouting talent to sign as potential clients. Hopefully, I will to someday.
