Well, great. Its the peak of the gaming season, loads of excellent titles are flooding the shelves, and i was ready...

until my computer decided to crap out on me. I'm to tired to go into the details, but lets just say i'm unsure of what the problem is, and whatever it is, its preventing me from gaming. I'm sure it will involve me spending a large amount of money at some point.

For those who are interested, here is a link to my topic on the PC Game/Hardware forums where i describe what the problem is:http://www.gamespot.com/pages/forums/show_msgs.php?topic_id=27088630&tag=topics;title

So basically, i'm being forced to put down all of my gaming until i have the time and money to fix my computer, which will likely not be until the middle of december.

Except for Dues Ex, which thankfully i have have installed on my laptop.

Also, changed my Avatar/Sig - Hunter S. Thompson all the way.

All i can say, until next time, is Ugh, Bah, and Bugger.

Try a defragmentation.

@PredatorRules - i tried a system restore to before everything went crazy, and it didn't help. This makes me think i have a hardware problem on my hands.

@ UbberHappyGamer - i might try that this morning, although when i turned on my computer the screen was flickering and the computer was freezing a lot. Not a good sign.

@with_teeth26 - sounds like you've got there a major "only money can fix" hardware problem, could be anything from mobo, VGA or PCU

Shame. Whenever this happened to me, it led me to buy a new computer, which was a lot of money. I don't regret it though...

@psn8214 - i don't give up that easily. I once battled a virus for a full month before i got rid of it and got my computer up and running normally. If i had enough money to buy a new computer every time i had a serious problem, i would, but i don't, so i cant. Worst comes to worst, i'll take it into a local shop that does good work on fixing computers.

@with_teeth26
Well, it was an old PC anyways, and the GPU literally melted, so I wasn't comfortable buying another for it...
