I've watched Jared Padalecki act in many things. He's played the boy next door, the nice guy, the jerk, a badass...you name it and he's probably played it. As Jared's credits continue to grow, so does he. He's such a versitile actor and I think he truly deserves more praise than what he's given. At the moment, Jared Padalecki stars as Sam Winchester, along co-star Jensen Ackles (Dean Winchester) in the new sci-fi/drama series, Supernatural. Since the series' inception, this actor has demonstrated what it means to be an actor. He's grown in every episode and has proven that he can hold his own against anybody. This guy probably has one of the most time consuming jobs in the world. He and his co-star work constantly and barely have time to see their friends and family--all in the name of entertainment ;) God love 'em. His character has had so many different qualities to portray--a man who has lost the love of his life, a brother, a person who is trying to being normal in the midst of a seemingly impossible situation, and now, he's taken on possession. I don't think any actor out there could pull off possession as well as he did. Bold statement, I know. But true. This guy made me physically uncomfortable while I was watching this show--no performance has ever managed to get me that rattled. I think he deserves an award or something. Bravo to Jared Padalecki's performance as Sam Winchester ;)
