Following on from my previous 2 blogs, I have now received a message saying that my PS3 will be despatched tonight! I am pretty excited about it, but still can't quite believe that I am getting one for free... By Wednesday I should have it in my grubby mitts and then I will be looking to you good people for game reccomendations!

Another slab of gaming goodness under the TV is always good. I haven't got a PS3 but Motorstorm looks really good and MGS4 is a must if you like the series.

Awesome. I just finished Metal Gear Solid 4 yesterday and that game is amazing. Enjoy the PS3, I do, but I don't enjoy it being a dust magnet

Thats awesome. Just in time for Killzone 2 and Resident Evil 5. Don't forget all of those games that are exclusive for the PS3 like MGS4 and Little Big Planet (with tons of DLC on the playstation network).

I keep looking for excuses to buy a PS3 but can never find one. There are too many multiplats/not enough exclusives. Plus I have an understanding mate, that lets me borrow his.
I've seen those deals in the carephone wharehouse for a free PS3/Laptop but assumed there was some kinda catch. How long a contract do you get tied into?

@ Fodder - I have only got a 12 month contract, brand new phone, Orange Dolphin tariff which is what I was on any way, free PS3 and they have just given me £20 cashback as well. I just can't see a catch at the moment.... I keep looking over my shoulder though in case I have missed something...
