I don't really have anything against Prison Break but I can't figure out why it still ranks as one of our top shows. It's been #1 again for two days in a row now. The program's not doing that well in the ratings, and plotwise it seems like it's rehashing Season One. Is it just because Wentworth and Dominic are so dreamy and we can't get enough of them? Or is it that our readers just like serial dramas a whole lot?

I don't know why it ever went to number 1 in the first place. Oh ALL HAIL THE PRISON BREAKOUTS!!! WTF?

I've never seen the show, so I can't really comment either way. However, I can say that I've never been intrigued enough by the promos to check it out. Prison shows just aren't my thing.

well maybe tv ratings are getting lower but the trafic on tv.com on prison break section are high

I agree with you on this. It's an ok show, but not sure why this site seems to LOVE it.
As for PB, I really, really, REALLY, wished the would have stopped after two seasons. Season 1 - Break out. Season 2 - Make run for it. Done. Now, it's just crazy they're writing about breaking out of another prison. I'm mean, come on!

Good point. It's getting lower in the ratings because they kinda repeating s1. i'm still enjoying it though.

Prison Break is huge in our family, I watch because it's exciting, well-written and with great performances by William Fitchner, Robert Knepper, Wade Williams and the rest of the ensemble cast it makes for hard hitting entertainment. Love it! (Notice I didn't mention Miller or Purcell).

Speaking of ratings, a friend of mine had occasion to chat with one of the executive producers the other day (the show is filmed here in Dallas) about those ratings. Veddy inter-esting...
