This movie was okay. Great special effects and loved the driving scenes. However, there were times it was trying to be too flashy for its own good during the fight scenes. And I did not like the scenes with the littlest brother and the monkey....

This movie was okay. Great special effects and loved the driving scenes. However, there were times it was trying to be too flashy for its own good during the fight scenes. And I did not like the scenes with the littlest brother and the monkey. Especially so when they were mistakenly spliced with main storyline scenes causing the flow and pacing to be convoluted.

Pretty decent movie. Steve Carell was perfect for his role, as was Anne Hatheway. Also loved the references to the old TV show, especially Carell's impersonations of the original Maxwell Smart. However, the movie as a whole missed 'something' that...

However, the movie as a whole missed 'something' that I just cannot put my finger on. It is this same 'something' that will prevent me from getting it on DVD.

Great movie, few flaws but enjoyable. I would have had more backstory and perhaps some more supercharged action but all in all was fun to watch. Had some moments that were hilarious, and its share of twists that moved the story along. I'm picky on...

Fun movie, but not as great of a ride to go on as the first two in the series. It tried to be like the first two, but missed somehow (I just can't put it into words how.) I did like how they addressed Rachel Weisz's replacement however....
