So on Friday I took a day off of work (yes another day off!). And me and my mother went to the pictures together. It was the first time I have ever been to the pictures with my mother and the first time she had been in over 20 years.
So we went to see "My Sister's Keeper", which I will admit was AMAZING. I cried my eyes out watching it and the acting in it was brilliant. At first I was a little bit worried, as Diaz doesn't normally do drama movies, Abigail is still a young girl and Sofia has only ever acted in TV shows such as Medium. But I did not have to worry as they were all amazing.
The story in it broke my heart and I must admit that they choose the right actors. I know that the Fanning's sisters were suppose to be in this film, but I don't think that they could have done as good a job as Sofia and Abigail did portraying sisters.
Overall a very emotional film, which I would recommend to anyone (especially girls/women), but I do have one piece of advice about this movie. TAKE TISSUES WITH YOU! YOU WILL CRY!!!!

Sorry for the late reply but I've been away on vacation for a week. Bf orchestrated a surprise trip to Rome and we had a lot of fun I have never been to the movies with my mother ever since I was a little girl, I should do the same thing and take my mum, although she is not much of a movies person. So good that you enjoyed your outing. I am not a Cameron Diaz fan, she is the kind of person that irks me for no reason. Hugs
