To me the first Transformers suffered from not deciding what audience it wanted to please. I mean one moment it is showing off a hot chick and about talking mast**bation, the next it is some stupid corny hide and go seek game on a lawn that could only appeal to 5 year olds. Eventually it becomes an action flick with great CGI explosions and no plot relevance...

The end you get content that doesn't appeal to anyone whole-heartedly... From the previews of the second and now reading in your review it looks like it is just more of the first. I'll see it when it comes to video in that case.
