I hope whatever bugs are on here are fixed soon so I can add the summary for this awesome movie! This movie is a Bollywood take on the film "When Harry Met Sally" in that it's about two people who meet over the course of many years and slowly fall in love. However, it has the added bonus of song-and-dance numbers. It is a very sweet movie, and is definitely one of the better Bollywood films. All of the actors deliver, both by acting and looking absolutely gorgeous.

I didn't love this film like I though I would. I honestly prefer the book. However, the acting was very good, and it's fun to see all of these present-day stars in their rookie glory. Ralph Macchio is especially compelling as Johnny. The soundtrack was a little grating, as it would pop up in the most random places. I think it's main purpose was to remind people that the movie is set in the sixties. But I can see why it is considered a classic.

A classic! This movie is so wonderful. The singing is top notch, and the barn dance is one-of-a-kind - it definitely shows that dancing is not for sissies. It features the amazing singing talent of Keel and Powell, as well as the dancing prowess of Russ Tamblyn, as well as several well-known male dancers from the stage. It is a little sexist, but not in any way that is truly offensive. I'm always surprised that more people don't know about it. It was #21 on AFI's best musical list!

When watching this movie, one has to put aside all matters of taste, and just enjoy the corny action and comedy. I loved Jean Reno; I would never have known he could be so funny. Plus, it's fun to see him in a French movie for once. The story's...

When watching this movie, one has to put aside all matters of taste, and just enjoy the corny action and comedy. I loved Jean Reno; I would never have known he could be so funny. Plus, it's fun to see him in a French movie for once. The story's ending is completely contrived - in fact, all of the story is contrived and totally ignores reality. Why watch it then? Like I said, the corny action is awesome, because it never takes itself seriously. Also, Ryoko Hirosue is a treat. She's so cute in the shopping scene and at the arcade. Just watch it once - you won't regret it.
