Wow. Long time huh? Happy New Year to my GS family. The year has begun well for me. I gave many gifts for Christmas and loved every moment of it. I just received an unexpected gift from a friend. I've been given Halo3. I thought I'd received the most recent Halo, turns out that I have this game already. I've received great gifts overall. I have yet to dismantle my Christmas tree. Christmas celebrations were at my house this year and I still have so much food left over. My mother made me a huge homemade peach cobbler (her specialty). I have to freeze it because there is no way I can eat it before it spoils. Ohhh, I received Tiger Woods Golf 10 for Christmas. It's awesome. It's so involved that you would have to enjoy golf to keep at it. I do and I enjoy the money I earn in the matches.
My prayers go out to the Haitian people. If any of my GS friends have ties to Haiti I send my well wishes. My heart hurts for you. I watched the telethon tonight. I hope that the little I can do goes a long way. Have you ever wished you were wealthy so that you could give or give more? That's the feeling that swept over me after learning about the earthquake that's destroyed Haiti. How has this tragedy affected you. if at all?
Assassin's Creed is is...wow! The leading man is actually attractive and helps draw you into his story. The voice acting is great. Anyhoo, I may do a review on it later. I am all in this game. I've played it everyday since I purchased it for my b-day. The last game that I was into like this was Oblivion(which I'll have to start all over because I have no idea where I am or what I was doing). I love Oblivion. It just takes so much time and when you're playing it you really have to just concentrate. Not too much time can pass before you play it again. It's not like my Need For Speed which I have not played in ages but I can pick it up and get right back into the story.
If you have not picked up Assassin's Creed II, seriously, go pick it up. They filled this game to bursting with goodies. It's worth the dollars(or whatever your form of currency is).
Speaking of picking up things. If you're a reader check out a couple of books by Stieg Larsson.

Hey all. I am playing with my bday gifts. I did not have a party. I enjoyed an evening of shopping and dining. Here are two of my gifts.
NOTE: Took out the other pics because they were not showing in my blog. The pics were ofThe Wizard of OZ Anniversay Pack
and of the Assassin's Creed Pack that came with the game, an Ezio figurine, and a book.
Life is good.
