Pirates of The Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest

Well saw it at midnight lastnight, barely got in though, the theatre initialy had two screens running it but they sold out so they opened it on three more which sold out, but it was great. The movie had a real epic storyline and though usual humor that made it so much fun the first time around but with a still serious undertone that kept it tense and exciting. The special effects were top notch but fortunatly the story and action took center stage, making the parts with crashing or explosions few but sweet so it wasn't just a mindless mess. As in the last chapter the acting was great and the heros/anti heros were played and written very well. The story involving Sparrow and Davy Jones was intriguing and

*****SPOILER***** Will Turner finding his dad on Jones' ship and them working together was great. **End SPOLIER**

The setup for the next film next summer was very well done and didn't leave you feeling like they left something good out to make the next one, this movie was complete in itself making the anticipations for next years final part huge.

All in all I'd say this movie and X-Men 3 have been the two best of the year and both two of the best movies I have ever seen. And if and when you see Pirates make sure you get there early enough for the trailers, theres some great comedy ones and Next summers surefire hit "Transformers".
