Level 7, I raised from 16% to 20% after 2 weeks (at least). I did not contribute to shows, but posted in forums, browsed the site, wrote blogs... I jumped levels for less than that before... :( Awards & Punishments Kill Motivation
Studies are clear now: 1/. Giving out punishments kills the motivation. The punished person may feel that his/her very person is on judgement and might lose this joy to perform the task.... wanna grow up!!
