Here are some questions about *.bat files,I searched on google about them but I couldn't find much infos
1.What are they?
2.I was talking with my friend(23)and he told me something interesting about them.He told me that they can be viruses,but antivirus programs can't scan them like viruses,but if you open them they can harm to your PC even delete your whole system.
3.How to know is *.bat file safe?
Can you guys help me?
