I purchased a .Hack//G.U. vol.3// Redemption game... I have been playing the vol.2 and getting excited to load up my previous file.. So I checked up my file on my memory card. By the time I load up my file... There has an error... I don't know why... the game said that "there is no .hack vol2 save file" something like that.... I am shocked.. So I restarted and check up on my memory card... Thge file was gone.... and my other files such as FF and other RPG were gone... Almost all the files that were aligned on the third row was gone... don't know what happened...

Oh wow, I had the same thing happen with my card a while back. I share your pain......

i heard alot about people to whom this happened..but they all had unofficial memory card, dunno if this is your case. Anyway, in now what..5 years? I've never had a similar problem with my official mem cards so you might take that into consideration, if it applies to you of course.

Dang! The most fragile save files that I can think of are the save files of Final Fantasy VIII, Photo files of Metal Gear Solid 2 and the Battle Trophy Save of Star Ocean 3. It's a good thing that the PS3's virtual memory card saved me from those past nightmares

That's pretty fcked up man.. It happened to me, like a year ago too and I was like "Good lord what did I do to deserve this?!" Don't worry, you'll get over it pare..
