plz help me......

So my neighbor gav me his PSP because the PSP wont work.....but it turns on and stuff but when u put a game in it wont work.....i tryed a brand new game and it still wont work.....how can i trade it in to get a new PSP????

Try returning it to walmart, I don't know if it will work with a system, but people do it for games all the time.
