sounds good man and $45 is a great price for a game that we all know is going to be great.

I'm totally torn about this game, people keep going on about it and saying how amazing it is/will be... but anything I've seen just hasn't grabbed me. I'm not saying it's bad by any stretch of the imagination, just that it doesn't necessarily appeal to me. I'll maybe check it out when the price drops - I felt the same way about Oblivion before discovering it was awesomes

Im heading to Gamestop right when they open tomorrow to pick mine up. I have a feeling I will love it, as Bioware created one of my favorites of all time in Kotor. I know they will not dissapoint with this game..

@ebbderelict - I hear ya.. I sold a few games and paid half price for this one...I need to save up and do some xmas shopping myself

@envomtonix - I hope so! The reviews are in and it got an 8.5 for the 360 so thats good. 9.5 for PC though

@Dinkyfish - I don't know, I loved the trailer, it got me hooked. Anything remotely close to Oblivion is fine by me. I'll let you know how it is, so far, it has good reviews

@Naomz - lol....I don't usually ever buy a game new when it comes out but I had to jump on that deal. So far the reviews are great

This game is so great!
I love Rpg's. Especcialy if they are made buy Bioware. I loved Mass effect and kotor.

No I didn't play Oblivion. I have an inherent bias against those fantasy games.

I was really close to buying Fallout 3 GOTY edition but steered clear. People rave about it and I really want to try it but looking at it, it doesn't look awesome. I want to like it/play it eventually.

I do, however, want to play Borderlands an awful lot though and that's a big reason why I didn't get FO3.

I'll get it this week as soon as i complete Borderlands..

@Chaos_Bladez - well from looking at your recent ratings, I think you would enjoy Fallout 3... it is an RPG but it plays like a FPS... you should give it a shot. You have to play for 3 or 4 hours to really get into it though

I do intend to try it at some point but now it's intimidating. I have to play so many games right now and game like that with a huge time commitment would just get ignored.
I have Ninja Gaiden Sigma 1 and 2, Ratchet ACIT, Tekken 6, Shadow of The Colossus, Uncharted 2, and later this month, God Of War Collection all to finish.
There's just too many games. (haven't listed the ones I haven't even rented or want to buy yet...)

The next drought I have, I'm totally picking this up, which might be February or in the summer.
