I just got Borderlands in the mail Saturday. I didn't get to play much over the weekend but I love the way the game looks so far. I heard there is a lot of variety in the game. I only played for about half an hour and I already have like 4 or 5 guns so that must be true! Pretty cool so far. I plan on playing single player for a little while then trying some multiplayer. If anyone has the game for 360 and would like to play sometime. Add me:
GT: WarDeciple

I just finished playing 50 Cent: Blood on the Sand.... this is a game you may have overlooked as I did... maybe you don't like 50 Cent or maybe you just thought this game would be horrible like the first 50 Cent game for the original Xbox. I have to say, even if you don't like 50 Cent, you might find this game very enjoyable. It doesn't bring anything new to the table really... it's a linear 3rd person shooter that you can play by yourself or with a friend. But what makes the game enjoyable is that its basically a run and gun, shoot everything that moves type of game.
They took a few things from Gears of War which was kinda cool. The 3rd person side view is similar to Gears, as well as the simple cover system. I like 50 Cent so I enjoyed playing through it... listening to 50 while I shoot up and stab terrorists to death. There's lots of bad language, taunts, weapons, and some cool melee counter moves for when you feel like getting up close and personal. Overall, not a bad game whatsoever. Very good chill game when you don't want to think too much and just want to shoot things. Check it out if your looking for a game to kill some time. Definitely worth a rent.
I checked my Xbox live email and received a nice message this morning:
