The following is my thoughts on people's emotions. Anger specifically.

Why do people let their emotions get the better of them? It is quite a mystery to me. For example, I work at a Altell and today I was talking to them over the phone trying to help someone with a problem they had. The problem was that they were not able to sent/receive text messages. I told them that they would have to come into the store to have it fixed and the woman got all mad because it was too inconvenient for her to come in. why would she get mad over something that is out of her control. Other than just being an out right jackass.

I am not a person that gets my emotions inflamed quickly or at all of that matter, so I guess what I am trying to figure out is why people don't think before they act. I can understand if the person is young like in their early teens and below, but after that I would hope that they learn not to be so easily controlled by their emotions.

I guess that trying to understand this is like trying to understand the mysteries of the universe. It's too complex to fully grasp the understanding. I assume that the simple answer would be they act that way; just because.
