One of the better guitarist around right now. And not a bad looking guy either.
No More Titles?
I really think that I've run out of titles for my blogs. I normally end it with 'other things'. Maybe I'll start all over and say 'Blog 1...with other things'. I doubt that would last since my attention span is pretty much crap. Well if you have an idea for what a good title would be, I'm taking suggestions. ![]()
Speaking of music...
Guitar Lessons
I own 3 or 4 guitars. 3 were given to me and one I bought on my own. One is electric (Ibanez) and the rest are all acoustic.
The other day we got something in the mail. It was a mailer from my old alma mater (high school) and they have these Adult Education c.lasses. Well I was flipping through it a and bam right there at the bottom, 8 weeks of Guitar Lessons for $45. So next week Ill register and finally learn how to play the damn thing.
They'll be teaching us how to read the notes, learn the notes on the guitar, finger placement and all that good stuff. I've had guitar lessons before, but the girl was really impatient.

Thank you. Eastwick, since it's based on the movie, should hopefully be very, very dark.
McMJ3, thank you. I really hope it works out this time. And listening to it makes me want to learn it more.
danharr, I'll take that look over a guy in a suit and well groomed any day.
That timeslot of death makes me a bit angry. They can bring back Melrose Place (the re-makes need to stop), but can't put them in a viable time slot, shame on CW.
And I liked The Sarah Connor Chronicles because of Lena Headey. She's a fantastic actress.
As for the others, Heroes, Lost, The Simpsons, South Park and Family Guy, are shows I either don't enjoy or rarely watch.
Breaking Bad, Mad Men, Kyle Xy, Nip/Tuck and Galactica are all good shows that I don't watch at all.
LadyInque, thank you.
Mad Men airs on Sundays when I would watch Dexter.
Nip/Tuck keeps changing their damn time slot. As for Galactica, I rarely watch Sci-fi dramas and I never know when it's one.
McMJ3, hopefully. And thank you.
Wait, they're dumping Smallville on Friday nights? I noticed they've been showing repeats of them during that time period, but I figured it was just filler. Why did they even bother bringing it back if they were going to do that? I guess this pretty much seals the deal that there won't be another season after this one, not that that's a bad thing. So now I've got two shows I watch going head-to-head on Thursdays at 9, but nothing to watch at 8. Great.
Good luck with the guitar. I never tried to learn it, although a friend of mine did. I did try learning the piano. It didn't go very well.
Good luck with the lessons. I mostly taught myself bass, but my dad plays it too, so he helped get me going.
Any songs you play on the guitar that was really easy to learn?
Smallville is a really good show. And Lex (the dude who plays him) wanted to move on to other things. And he's not Supe's only enemy either, there so many others. He's just the really popular one. I was glad to see Lana go though. God she was awful. Glad to know you like House. It is a good show.
I hope Eastwick is good myself.
Thank you. My mom tried to learn the piano too and it didn't go over well either.
I used to play the Clarinet when I was a kid. It didn't last long. Something happened that made me hate the instrument really.
I don't know what they were doing with last season's House. Half the time I was wondering, WHY!.
Thank you. My friend told me bass is pretty hard. So kudos to you for learning it on your own.
I hope the learning will be good. And Dexter is so full of delicious evil awesomeness!
And i agree..Lana sucked ..i like....mm Lois better..just the ins and outs with the Lana relationship got on my nervs..
As for your gaming slot being blank, I bet come sometime today, you'll have something to blog about. I know I will. ![]()
SVU is great, but the original L&O before McCoy left. Now it's just a revolving door of actors and actresses.
Flash Forward looks okay.
Lois is alright. She's a better actress no doubt. And the relationship stuff was annoying at times.
Ah I get it. I'm not a Beatles person though. Now if it were a Judas Priest or Iron Maiden or Doors one, then I'd be excited.
westcoastwillam, it is pretty campy. But it gives us villains that we rarely see.
DemonSlayerZea, I hear yah. And a bunch of people left during the second re-design. Hope you stay though.
