To those of you who even remotely care... I've returned ;-; I've been kinda(read VERY) busy the whole of last year, with Uni(commute :/) and Game design classes. I haven't even been able to play many games either, except for the single player of MGS4 and KZ2. Not that things are much different now, but my Uni timetable is awesome this semester and game design classes are held only 3 times a week. So I decided to get into a multiplayer game and ended up with--

Blazblue - lead cast

If you guys play the game and are up for some matches, add me! My PSN is Neku88. I play Rachel and just recently managed to get my win/loss ratio to 50%, so I shouldn't suck too bad :/ Right now though, there's a problem with my fightstick and I probably won't play until I get it fixed later on this week.

And to those of you who are like, "Wtf is Blazblue?"

Here and here.

This is supposedly old news but I just happened to come across it making me go...

Can't get any better can it? Yes it can!! As promised on the plus+ disc theres gonnna be a Sacchin aka Yumizuka Satsuki route!

This epic news made my day ^_^ For those of you who are thinking "Tsukihime? wtf is that?", heres some wiki info..

"Tsukihime is a Japanese visual novel game created by TYPE-MOON who also produced the immensely popular visual novel Fate/Stay Night.

Tsukihime chronicles the story and life of a teenage boy named Shiki Tohno. As a young boy, Shiki suffered a life-threatening injury. As a result of this injury, Shiki became able to see "death lines" on objects and people; if Shiki traces these lines with a sharp object, the person or object that they belong to will be cleanly and easily cut. Soon after discovering this power, he is given a special pair of glasses by a mysterious woman. While wearing these glasses, Shiki cannot see the lines, and can thus live life as normal. Later, Shiki discovers that he can also see a place where the lines meet known as "points" on objects and people; these act as more immediate and powerful versions of the "lines." Eventually, it is revealed that Shiki is not merely killing a person or destroying an object when he cuts its lines or stabs its points, but is instead annihilating the victim/object's existence, therefore killing the victim/object as a side effect.

The game plot begins during Shiki's second year of high school. After spending eight years away from the Tohno household, which he was banished from after his injury, he moves back home following the death of the head of the Tohno family, Shiki's father. Shiki's sister, Akiha, assumes the responsibility of being the new head, and decides to let Shiki come back. As the story progresses, Shiki gradually discovers his mysterious past, and becomes implicated into strange adventures."

Tsukihime's one of the best visual novels ever and is a must read for VN fans! I'd recommend the anime if it didn't suck so hard. They cut out the best parts of the story. It was as though they were making it bad intentionally If only it were made by Kyoto

Persona Trinity Soul

This is definitely a first for me, considering the anime adaptions of my favourite games or visual novels end up being crap. Persona -Trinity Soul- may not be revolutionary, but comes very close.

From animenewsnetwork:

"The stage is Ayanagi City, a city near the Japan Sea. It is a futuristic city that was built to carry out the recovery from the calamity caused by the "Apathy Syndrome" ten years previous. High school student Shin Kanzato with his little brother Jun, meet with their elder brother Ryō, who is the chief of the Ayanagi City Police, again after ten years. At that time, a series of strange incidents happen in Ayanagi City such as the crew of a submarine that suddenly disappears while in their submarine, or a spiritless symptom which disturbs the world after ten years, or the case of the inside out corpse where a student took on a cruel appearance. Ryō tracks down the organization behind the string of incidents, and having become involved in the incidents, Shin awakens the "Persona"."

The animation and art are a treat for the eyes. The story seems to be progressing nicely and has managed to keep me interested for all the 10 episodes I've watched till now. The occasional remix versions of the game's soundtrack every now and then is a nice treat for the fans. The Voice Acting is top notch as well. Overall its one of the best anime I've watched in months and I highly recommend it to all anime fans even if you haven't played the game. Though you might want to wiki persona 3 and go through the backstory a bit to get a better understanding of the setting for the story.

Some people just don't have opinions. Like tehpiecemaker.
tehpiecemaker must really love MovieTome and agree with every review we've ever written! What other reason could tehpiecemaker possibly have for not rating a single film?
