... and other vampires ready to fight

Blade is a vampire hunter, and does his job pretty well. However, all vampires and even some humans are colaborating to make a plan against him. If he kills a vampire, they all turn into dust, so there is no proof he actually killed someone. But if he kills a human that looks like a vampire... Well, Blade's a** is going down - or atleast they think so. Blade teams up with two other vampire hunters to destroy Dracula, the first and most powerful vampire ever, who has now been resurrected.

Blade: Trinity has everything you've seen before. Guns, explosions, high-tech vampires, lots of action scenes, one person fighting hundreds (you know who wins, right?), "Matrix jumps", and, well... You know this list. I'm not sure about you, but even though this has been used in thousands of films, it's starting to get annoying

Although I felt like it was going to be a total bomb in the first minutes, the movie only got better as I was watching it. Nonsense fighting and explosions turned out to be just some companion for a decent story. Special effects are very good in this film - there's not a lot of gore in this movie, but you can still see some blood spilling here and there; what's a vampire movie without it? There are no complains about the acting either. Wesley Snipes does a very good job as bada** Blade, Ryan Reynolds' character Hannibal King tells some nice jokes thoughout the movie and sexy Jessica Biel also does her job well as Abgail.

This is a very nice popcorn movie, but don't expect any masterpieces. This Dracula meets Matrix formula has been used many times before, and even though it's well executed in this one, it's still not original at all. Nice special effects and acting. I've only watched the first Blade film and I don't remember anything about it, so you can watch this movie even if you didn't watch the previous ones, you won't get lost in the story or anything. After watching this movie, however, you just might want to check the past two movies out.

Tardyturtle scores this movie with 3 and a half stars.
