That I do, unfortunately my friend is still borrowing it, but I have his copies of Assh0les Creed and Prince of Afghanistan, so it's all good. You need to play more Odin Sphere.

I can't play more of what I don't have.
And I've gotten further into dead space, chapter 9 I think, I'm really enjoying it

I was to, I'm on chapter 7 still. I'll finish that game once I get it back from my friend.
Also, you beat Jak & Daxter yet? if you did, what did you think? Jak II is much better and you already know I highly recomend that game.

R&C1 is good stuff, really brings you back. Devs don't make games like that anymore, I feel that the first 3 PS2 R&C games were one of those last few lines of games that had that unique charm to them. I miss those day's, when a game could be a game and not some super high-tech graphic showcase monstrosity. Or rather, a game could look good, and be fun and original at the same time, now it's just about looking good.

That's true, a lot of games try to be sexy these days and they end up sucking donkey turds when it comes to the rest of the game.... but it makes you appreciate the games that are fun and have good graphics. Dead Space for one, it's not all about the gameplay but its incredibly immersive

Congrats on the two years, and enjoy the games!

Dead Space is a good example. It refines, yet keeps some of the clunkiness of survival horror, adds in a good dose of straight up 3rd person shooting and blends in some nice new touches (upgradeable weapons, and real-time menu's). But it looks great at the same time. -
-
Then you have games like Prototype, which looks like a really good PS2 game graphically. But it looks so awesome to play because the game keeps it simple, doesn't try to overload you with unnessecary crap, and keeps this kenetic nature throughout. So I mean, there's a different balance for everything out there. Looks at FF13, looks absolutely gorgeous grpahically, but the game still plays like any other JRPG. Ok sure the battle system is pseudo-innovative, but it's nothing ground-breaking or new. -
-
Anyways, here's some other games that have great gameplay, look good, and have that magic to them that games don't have anymore. GrimGrimoire, Jak series, R&C series, Battalion Wars (don't know 'bout the sequel, haven't played that yet, but the first one is great), BG&E, I-ninja, XIII, God Hand, and many more. -
-
Most of those are last-gen games that you can probably find for cheap, or goozex them for a small amount of points. Majority are on PS2, that system has an infinite amount of good games. Seriously, any PS2 library, is going to be missing a few gems. Look at mine, there's still almost 10 last-gen PS2 games on my list to get, although about half of those are multiplatform, so I can get the xbox or GC versions if need be.

Oh Prototype, that's the game I'm looking for... The graphics looks ok-ish, but the game looks like a hell of a lot of fun and that's mostly all I care about. As for other PS2 games I play on getting on Goozex since they're mostly only 100 points are Freedom Fighters, I-ninja, Jak 2, and metal arms: GitS. I might also activate No More Heroes sometime.... its only at 350 points and I've been keeping it on hold
