It’s not just in Gamespot’s Hall of Fame, but it’s also in mine. This is my number one favorite game of all time. RPG fans will either say Chrono Trigger or Final Fantasy VI was the best game ever, but I’ve always gone with Chrono Trigger. This was my first RPG and it has set my standards for all the games that followed it. Even today, most RPGs can’t compare to Chrono Triggers amazing quality. Yeah, it’s a cheap old, SNES game, but it doesn’t matter. You can’t compare it to games today in terms of graphics, gimmicks (even though it seems to have many gimmicks even today’s games do not have) or story line. But what you can compare is the quality of the game for the time it was made; and this game has tons of it.

I fell in love with video games because of this game and it, being my favorite game of all time, has defined a large part of who I am today. I love the game, continue to look forward to new news about the game and possible future titles, and hope all of you will read this article about it.
