Yesterday I was going to play gears on my xbox360, i start the game and it freezes I thought it was the game so I put it again and it freezes again.I noticed that on the screen some red things had appeared in the background.I thought I hope gears is not damaged and then I look at my 360 and I see the 3 red lights flashing.Then I knew what was wrong, the ring of death, my 360 after a year and a half died on me
.So I call Microsoft and now I have to send my 360 and It will take at least he said 6 weeks noooooooooooooo,what will I do without my 360 for 6 weeks.At least I have the Wii that will entertain me, but I like the 360 more and I might not be able to play Halo 3 when it arrives .

That has happened to me as well, don't worry. When you get it back, it will be shining new, with a brand new warranty and won't cause you any problems any more

Why did Micro released a console thats just gonna break by itself in the future?Thats just pointless...the PS3 is looking better and better to me...

... And I swear I had an XBOX360 in my mind. A PS3 sounds better all of a sudden. Ah well, look on the bright side: At least you'll get it back all fixed and ready to go

Yeah, PS3 got a pricedrop, awesome games for Fall and next year, and its online free! 360 slowly getting out of my mind...

well I really like my xbox360 and it lasted a lot being from the first to come out I got it in December2005,I just hope I get it soon

I got mine in March 2006, but i think it waited on the shelf since december as well. I haven't had any troubles with my new one and i think you won't either.
