Saturday was the Season 3 finale of Doctor Who on and the Season 2 finale of Torchwood on BBC America. Of course Sci-Fi channel aired the season 4 premiere of Doctor Who on Friday so it's not like we will be Doctorless for long, but it was still a finale all the same.
As for Doctor Who, I was kinda disappointed by the finale. The build up of the two previous episodes had me expecting so much more that a teeny tiny Dobby sized version of the Doctor locked up in a birdcage. I'm glad for Martha that she sorta admitted to the Doctor how she felt about him and you could tell that he knew how she felt, but he didn't feel the same way. Not as sad as the loss of Rose in Season 2, but still sweet and it felt like the right thing to do. Love that Cpt. Jack Harkness is the face of Boe. Speaking of...
Torchwood finale was awesome and so much better than the Season 1 finale. Love James Marsters coming back and the entire cast on this episode, even Owen, who I do not care for at all really. So sad that Tosh had to go. I really hope that they are already at work making Torchwood Season 3. These British shows kill me with their exceptionally short seasons and cast members leaving all the time.
Good news though everybody. The start of Robin Hood Saturday and the return of Grey's, Lost, Ugly Betty and Supernatural!![]()
