Over the years, very few games have been heralded as perfect, or near perfect. Some critics are more strict than others, some are more lax. To me, handing out that 10.0 score is not something to be taken lightly. Only the truely best of the best should hold such a high mark.
Here are the few that recieved the honor. Perfect!
Games that have come close, with at least a 9.5 rating.

I Agree with all of your 10's but I would have added Call of Duty 4 and Kingdom Hearts 2.

Ok, but why is Brawl a 10?
It's fantastic, but not worth a 10.

Because of how much there is do to and see. it improved upon Melee in nearly every way. There are small issues, but they didnt take away from its awesomeness.
I'm not sure what happened to the Fable 2 boxshot lol

Kingdom Hearts deserves a 10.
Zelda:TP is an AWESOME game, so is gta:Sa and gta 4 and SMG rocks!
