June has arrived, meaning summertime! Altho the weather hasn't been very representative the last few days. It has actually been snowing on some of the mountains around here But hey, that is Norway for you! Last weekend was quite amazing tho. Lots of sun and warm nice weather then.

First swim of the year was done a month ago. Then the second was last week. Too far between the two. Seems like the sun is planning to come back now so I will have to go find a lake in the following few days I guess.

The ocean is completely green lately. Due to plankton and stuff.

Phf I got nothing to say really.. Just felt like doing a blog..about summer..

Plans for the summer anyone?? I don't have any really. Nothing concrete anyway. Well, there's one thing that is pretty much set. Going to Oase (a Christian festival thingy) next month, with two of my very awesome cuzins That should be cool. It lasts for a whole week and it's kind of far but.. Should be ok. And got at least one more thing planned with a few cuzins. And theres some (road)trip talk with my fam. Other than that I'm mostly justgonna chill and try spending as much time as possible in the lake/ocean. Oh, and I have a goal set to reach the top of the mountain. There is this one mountain in particular. It's not very far/high. It is sort of "our" mountain. We got lots of mountains around here but still, everyone seems to think of this one as the main one. I do too. I have been on a few mountains the last few years, have been on this one too, but not to the top, so that I will do this summer.

Um. Saw a bat a few days ago Love bats. Well, I don't know if I'd love them as much if I had a huge, like one meter huge bat after me..or if there were 1000s and 1000s of them.. but a few tiny, about 10 cm bats that we got here..they are cute And now I have seen one this year, that means summer is here.

I don't have a summer job. Not really planning on getting one. But my grandpa thinks I should. They were here a ew days ago and he started asking me about it, and got it in his head I had to do something, trying to come up with something he could hire me for. Took him a while. So they have this cabin right, awesome place. We were all there a couple weeks ago, and my other grandma was there aswell. While we were there, my two grandma's were talking about how they could live there all summer long. When they (grandma and grandpa) were here last weekend, this came up(wheither it was them living there, or just the cabin as a topic or whatever, I don't remember),and grandpa was like "There it is! That's your job! Your grandma's can live up there, and you can be their maid! I'll pay you for it." It's not even a crappy idea. I could do it, for like a week. I love it up there, but there is a limit. And only my two grandma's for a whole week.. Love them too of course but.. Yea I dunno. Well see.

Ok, pictures! Took some pics of the ocean yesterday, figured I'd show you. And then as I was looking thru the pics I found a few more worth showing. So some of the pics are included coz of what I've been saying up here, while some of the things I talked about were inspired by seeing the pics. (Sorry if they are huge, forgot to resize. Got no clue how they will turn out.. plus I'm lazy)

This is the cabin. *lovelovelove* It's not the best pic but it's the only one I got here. This is from about two months ago.

cabin

This is my gran's car. From the same time (at the cabin). It had just been standing for like, two-3 days I guess, and the snow/ice was melting away, so it appeared to be flying

car

The very green ocean. I don't know how well it comes off on screen but.. it does look pretty cool! And beautiful! And it is my fjord, which is love

ocean

And the mountains. They are pretty aswell. This does not show the one I plan to reach the top of. These are some of the ones with snow on them. It is gone now tho, the snow on them now/in these pics is old snow. Will probably be gone in about a month or so.

mountain

& My babies! In their new cage. Being all innocent, probably don't even know I'm spying on them Or maybe it is me not knowing they know..hm..

bunny

Ok, that will have to do. I didn't really have a plan for this blog yet it did manage to get longer than what I had in mind.. Weird that..

Wow, Supes, what great scenery you have there. I live in a valley area surrounded by mountains, but they're not as nice as yours. Awwwww, bunnies.

Wow snow. I'm shocked and I'm from Norway. I should really start watching at least some Norwegian TV We've got 20 something degrees here, so summer is definatly here and it's awesome. I'm going back to Russia for the summer and I'm gonna rewatch a lot of shows Bats are cute and really furry. I don't have a summer job either. Nice pictures you live in a beautiful place

Angel: I do love the view from my house. I'm sure your mountains are nice aswell. My bunnies that is, they are the best

Daria: You're just spoilt by living in the south! We had around 20 degrees last week(end) but this week it's been more like, between 4-12 degrees I guess. And possibly even colder during the nights and in the mountains. But was just a tiny bit of snow on the top of the mountains that mostly disapeared during the day.
Russia! Rewatching! I'll probably do that too
I do live in a beautiful place, and I am very greatful for that
Bunnies! Where do you have that saying from?

Absolutely stunning! Loved the pics! The weather here in Holland is about the same as you described - it was 25C in the beginning of this week, but I doubt it's even reached 15C today. Still, your photos show a picturesque scene! Happy Summer!!!

Moni! Thnx, yea it is pretty.
Don't you agree summer should consist of exclusively summer temps? ;P
Have a nice summer!!

I actually love bats too the small ones are awfully cute, especially when they just hang out on the wall during the day for a snooze. Good luck climbing to the mountain top. The photos are simply breathtaking and I'd be proud of my fjord too....if I had one....and it was as stunning as yours LOVE the bunnies!!!!!!!!!! ***hugs***

Yay, love for bats! They really are adorable when just hanging around all day
I won't be climbing the mountain. It's a fairly simple mountain so I'll be walking
Feel free to visit my fjord any time
I love them too ;D
*hugs*
