I've finally decided that next year I'll be attending Cardiff university to study Mathematics and French on a four-year joint honours course. I've still got a personal statement to write but hopefully by tonight the first draft will be completed. I've spent a lot of time wondering what I'd like to do, and I still don't know whether I've made the right choice; it's definitely the safe one, though.
Making steady progress with guitar. Learnt three one-minute songs now and I'm starting to get the hang of playing chords without accidentally muting other strings. I just hope to God that Santa will bring me an electric guitar with an amplifier for Christmas.
Me? I'm just fine and dandy. I had a horrible day of depression not too long ago but I'm over that. School is becoming more interesting, academics and social-wise, every day and I'm finally making progress through Shakespeare's King Lear which I should have read ages ago. Also, Ye Olde English a la Geoffrey Chaucer for the win. When I'm done with these school books I'll read Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep by Phillip K. Dick as I absolutely adore its movie counterpart.

And that's it I think. I don't know what else to type so I'll leave it there.

Nice title. Mulholland Drive is the next film on my queue. Oh boy..

Nice that you made a decision for college. I've already changed my major once..

Mulholland Drive is one of my least favourite David Lynch films, but a good starter none the less. As for your rating of Natural Born Killers, I loved that film. It was made in a way that speaks volumes for its overall message. Although I had a similar first time reaction, if you give it a second chance at some point it will be more rewarding,

@sammyjenkis898: I know right? Who needs to spend time on thinking of titles?

@Samwel_X: Yeh, I understand the intention of the presentation of the scenes, but it seemed to me more obnoxious than intelligent. Well, except for the scene: MINOR SPOILER:

Where a satirical sitcom is used to portray how her father sexually abused her and her mother

/MINOR SPOILER. Maybe I'll like it better after a second viewing but that won't be for a while.
