Copy and paste the link from a website. Make sure it's a link for the picture only though, or it won't work. An easy way is to go to google and look up something (narnia for example), click on the picture that you want, then click on that link that says "see full-size image". The link that you see in the address bar on the page is what you'd put between the [img] things. Hope that helps.

You might also look into PhotoBucket.com you can upload all your pics for free and then you have a web link for everything... It seems like a pain, but you'll get used to using it and then it will seem like no big deal

Yeah, PhotoBucket already has the links. If you upload it at PhotoBucket, all you have to do is click inside the box and it will automatically be copied. Than rpess Ctrl and V at the same time when the cursor is in the blog space and it will paste.
