Hello my fellow Tv.commers. How the heck are ya? I am present and accounted for, yeah that is about it. Now before all the whispering starts I am fully aware that this is my second blog, in less than a week.
I just couldn't help myself.
Now, first up...while so many of us are getting into the House phase or watching NCIS for the first time...others are following Lost and 24 like good little cult followers. I have found myself faced with endless hours of boredom. I mean mind numbing stuff here folks.
In my time of boredom, I have looked to the TV for help in occupying my brain with activity. This is all fine and good. I have managed to set to season 4 of NCIS, in my challenge to follow the story from the beginning. Catching here and there episodes of the most recent season on USA...last night I watched the two part intro to the NCIS: Los Angeles hoop-la. Yeah I am not too sure about it, more on that later. We will see I guess.
Moving on...while in the massive throws of a boredom attack the television made its way to MTV...sigh. Where I found one of the worst shows I think I have ever seen. I think it is actually possible...I could have lost brain cells during my viewing.
I gave the show a quick search on Tv.com and was actually pleased to find an empty guide.
Although I am sure someone will submit to it soon enough. So what is this mystery show? I bet the suspense is killing you huh? *drum roll* Is She Really Going Out With Him? Check it out.
I am honestly scared of what the world will be like when these kids get older.
Now I have also stumbled upon a new favorite commercial. I love commercials, I don't really know why but I do. Always have according to my mother. This one just cracks me up, so I wanted to share it with ya. Warning this is a YouTube link Volkswagen vs. Hybrid, I love it. I know I am crazy but ya know...it happens.

I think that about does it, I am sure I have more stories but hey...I need to have something else to blog about. I will try to blog more often. So we shall wrap up this blog. Thanks for stopping.
Later Taters!!

Newbie - Yep, just didn't 'click' with me. Rumor has it they are recasting or totally getting rid of Macy, which might make it easier to view for me. I just hope my daughter never comes home with a guy like that, I might have to jump off a cliff. The commercial is awesome huh? I loved it, I just can't help myself. Gives me a good laugh when I need it.

I've been watching a lot of stuff on Netflix recently and found Dexter. I love the show. Unfortunately, I don't have Showtime, so I'll just have to wait to watch the seasons on DVD.
I think I've seen that commercial before. It's pretty funny. My favorite commercials are the Mac/PC ones.

I'm waiting to see what happens next on the New NCIS. I hope they do recast the Macy role. I just don't like her. Some of the MTV shows that I watch I have stumbled across by just flipping channels and then, like a train wreck, you have to see how the show ends. I love the commercial. Have a great week Stu!

Hey Al, I have never seen Dexter...there are several shows I need to check out but haven't found the time. That will be a new project.
Love the Mac/PC commercials, I am looking towards a Mac with my next computer purchase but not sure if I am willing to make that jump.
Hey Scott, I didn't like her in CSI and I still don't. Weird how we set our minds to someone like we do. I won't watch certain things because I just can't stomach the actor/actress. MTV had me hook line and sinker, I had to find out if she stayed with the 'd-bag' or if she caught a DiNozzo slap and woke up.

Lol, don't we always say we'll try to blog more often?
And yeah seriously, I've been bored too. I played some stupid Facebook game for like 3 hours last night -- and it only consists of one-minute long rounds! Trashy TV is always fun too sometimes! That made-for-TV movie Impact on ABC was trashy -- it was so bad it was funny! Haha. You should watch part two next Sunday.

I wonder if the networks will ever launch a good summer drama/action show again....considering drek like Wipeout is a ratings success, I'm guessing no. "Car wreck" TV seems to roam the airwars a lot these days...for me, it's a good time to catch up with DVD sets like you are. Take care, have a great week and stay warm!

Hey Ed, yeah always to blog more...but I just can't seem to find anything to talk about. I can only talk about how bored I am for so long.
Facebook games? I have been on Pogo.
Hey Mari, some of the 'junk' on TV it makes me feel old. You can tell they are aiming for a younger fresh crowd *cough*tv.com does that too*cough* but ya know...I for one am well aware that...you gotta do what you gotta do.
Oh it is plenty warm now...two words for ya.......heat advisory.

I'm left to wonder....how desperate for entertainment does someone have to be to resort to MTV? There was a time (I call it "The Before Time") when MTV actually played, well, music videos. The "M" actually stood for "Music" back then. Now it just stands for "Meaningless". If ever there is an example of a network that has lost its focus, it's them dudes.

Hoeech, I could not agree with you more about anything but musicTV. Back in the day (meaning back in my day) you could turn to MTV and that is what the "cool kids" listened to. The "non-cool kids" still listened to VH1. Just think...this is the next generation.
Help us all.

MTV shows are great when you're feeling mind numbingly bored. The scary thing is that if you watch enough of them, you actually start to...need to know what happens at the end. *shock*
Love the commercial..."what does your hybrid sound like..." hahaha. Nice find
