Finaly, after months of procrastination, I did the theory test yesterday and got my learners licence! This means I can get on the road and start to learn how to drive legally which is probably gonna be the hard part. But I can't wait

I'm supposed to use this for atleast 6 months until I can get my Restricted, which just mean I can drive on my own (and not with people who don't have their full licences) between 10 pm and 5 am. Then  year later, after I do a defensive drivers course, I can get my Full license. Then its all sweet

Anyway, I've really gotten into RE4. Luvin' it so far .. I haven't made much progress yet though. Its quite hard though   so I started playing it on Easy lol.

What everybody thinking about the new comment rating feature? I think its annyoing lol... It'll work if we didnt have the type of people that just throw the thumbs down just to try and be funny .

Anyway thats me for now, cya yawl later!  and thanks for reading

Grats man, I don't care much for driving myself...

nice, ill be there in a year,

wow so you can only drive between 10pm and 5am on your learners ??

that sucks, in SA we can drive whenever on our L's and P's i think

but yea L's require a person with a full licence

Good luck on the road! What's the minimun age in your country for driving? Here it's 18 for a car and 21 for a full pumped motorcycle.

Re4 is awesome, I stopped playing it on the cube because I got a wii and wanted to finish it on there Have fun with it(I think it's pretty hard aswell)

I don't really care about the comment rating thingy...couldn't care less if they removed it-.-

Seeya around buddy,
Zero.

Well done. Procrastination is annoying.

Congrats.

I go for my learners on June 26th (I could have gone earlier, but my dad didn't want me to miss school so I could go).

Once I have my learners, its 8 months (if I go to driving school) or 12 if I don't. Then I have to take a road test with someone from the Société and if I pass, I get my probationary license.

I then have to drive on my probation license for 2 years, the only restriction to the probationary license is that you cannot drive with any presence of alcohol in your breath (since the legal limit for regular license holders is 0.8%). But I can drive with anyone I want with this permit, they don't need to have a license.

Then once those 2 years are over, I go back to the Société to get my picture taken and all that stuff and then my new license comes in the mail

That's awesome, I'm sure you'll have no problem getting accustomed to the road. Oh and I agree with you on the rate the comment thing.

lbl: Thanks man, I hope not too

Chris: Thanks... why is that? Greg: Thanks.. The 10 to 5 rule applies when I have my Restricted, which is like your P's... I don't know about time regulations with L's, but I'm sure I don't wanna drive too early in the mornings

Zero: Thanks
I could've gotten my L when I was 15 Sucks how it took me so long. 18 sounds harsh though, we can get our full license when we're 16 and a half

Thorpe: Yea man, I'm trying my best to get rid of that habit

DJ: Thanks, and I'd say your system sounds better. Being unable to take passengers on Restricted sucks.. NHL: Thanks

Uncle Death: Thanks bro

freeky: Thanks, and yea hopefully I won't do too much damage

white: Thanks, I hope so.

Way to go on your permit! That's interesting New Zealand has similar driving restrictions to California. Have fun and remember to buckle up.

Nice work with the learners, I still haven't gotten mine. And have fun with RE4, the first time I went through it, it was amazing.
