Another week begins and it seems that Spring is edging closer and closer here. We have had temps in the 60s and 70s and everything is starting to turn green once again. Pretty soon I'll be having to mow the yard again. No NASCAR race this weekend but the next one is at the short track in Bristol, TN.

My relative should be able to leave the rehab center any day now. He's so excited to be able to get out of there and I don't blame him after seeing the food (his neighborcalls itAlpo) that they serve there.

I watched a little of the NASCAR race yesterday, but missed most of it because it was such a pretty day, we had to get outside and do some things like rake leaves and tidy up the yard. Kurt Bush won the race and I was disappointed how Carl Edwards acted by intentionally wrecking Brad K. in the #12 car. At least Matt Kenseth (another driver I pull for) came in second.

My relative is still in therapy but is much improved and we're looking forward to him being able to leave most any day now.

Sorry about not being on gamespot lately, I've been so busy on my tv.com account I just haven't had time to do anything on gamespot. Hopefully I'll get back to it this week.

Today is March 1st and Spring is just 20 days away. Daylight savings time is coming up soon too. I don't like this one where you have to "spring forward" and lose an hour of sleep plus get up an hour earlier than what I'm used to. Jimmie Johnson won the Las Vegas race yesterday and it seems that he has picked up where he left off last year. Can anybody beat this guy?

My relative is getting better and better. It's just taking a while for him to get his strength back. We hope that he can leave the rehab center within a couple of weeks.
