True story. Alcohol helps though.
Lots and lots of it. The past 2 weeks I've been drowning in a sea of booze, cigs and McDonalds. I don't think I could get any fatter. It's disgustingly awesome.
Uni is as directionless as always. I have no idea what I'm doing there. Such a huge waste of time.
BUT a good thing is, that the many hours a day I spend at uni, just waiting for my next class, I've got some great podcast listening done! I think I've listened to at least 40 hours of podcasts. Mainly Kim's "Upside Down and Halfway to Happyland" podcast. It's pretty good. I just finished all the episodes today, and I'm waiting for part 2 of the "Restless" discussion to be released in a couple of days.
It's a pretty good show. It's introduced to some stuff which I'm looking forward to checking out. Like Buffy Between the Lines which is an audio drama podcast that I think takes place in between the Buffy seasons. I've been told it's pretty funny.
I also just recently (through a Whedon news podcast called "Joss'd!" which pretty much talks about everything Joss Whedon, and everyone he's ever looked at...) heard about a new internet sci-fi/musical/comedy webseries called Cabonauts! Every episode will guest star some cool sci-fi actor person. And they'll randomly burst into song. The first episode has Miracle Laurie and James C. Leary, who played Clem on Buffy. Click here to watch the trailer on dailymotion.com.
Also, EVERYBODY needs to check out The Spuffy Song. But be warned: it will be stuck in your head allll day and allllll night. You'll be singing it on the bus. Speaking of, there was a guy on my bus today, who obviously had something wrong with him, singing at the very top of his lungs. I felt bad for him, and was kinda afraid of him too, but it was just so funny. I looked at some guy sitting across for me and we just burst out laughing.
One final thing, before I bore you all, if you love Neil Patrick Harris, check out this youtube video. It's a very very awesome song.
And now, just 'coz I can, here's a lolcat:

Rasputina are much like The Dresden Dolls, in that their music is unique, that they can't be compared to any other artist.... even though I know I just compared them to The Dresden Dolls, Raspy are still original and talented, and pretty much...

The Dresden Dolls are an awesome punk-cabaret, alternative-broadway band, that really, much like Rasputina, doesn't have a genre. Their music is original and catchy and sometimes quite comedic. Made up of Amanda Palmer and Brian Viglione (who make...

Is there anyone who hasn't fallen instantly in love with Gerard Way??? He's talented, and a great performer and does a nice job with his eyeliner, if I may say so myself. I really do love watching him live, with his band, My Chemical Romance. He...

Theory of a Deadman are an AWESOME Canadian rock band. I first heard their music whilst playing the game "Fahrenheit (Indigo Prophecy)", and I loved it! I went into Lucas' apartment all the time just so I could hear their songs!

Evanescence just continues to make fantastic songs. Their album, Fallen, is the best CD I own. The lead singer, Amy Lee, is beautiful and she sings with passion. Hearing her live is amazing.

spikemaniac must really love MovieTome and agree with every review we've ever written! What other reason could spikemaniac possibly have for not rating a single film?
