After you complete the objectives of each mission, you will get a percentage rating. Depending on how well you complete your mission, the percentage rating will have 1-3 "O" marks next to them, indicating how many bonuses your team (all the posters) picked up! The rewards will start out small, but will become worthwhile after a few missions.
