Games are a very important thing in my life, but the last time less and less than before.... That's because I still have not got a DS/PSP and no Next-gen console either. I still've got to do it with my nintendo GameCube, with about 19 games that are all getting annoying because I played 'em too much. Last week I rented Resident Evil 4, not a very new game, but, oh so good. I always was behind nintendo in the PS2-XBox-NGC generation, I had a GameCube before all my friends had one, but now.. What's got to be called "Next-Gen"... from Nintendo isn't so revolutionairy as I first thought. Everyone can say Gameplay goes above Graphics, but graphics give a very good first look and the look of a game is very important thing to me. So in this generation, the console that impressed me the most... was the XBox 360, nice graphics, doesn't cost too much, just an "old skool" controller.. bingo. And I can respect Nintendo, really, but... everytime I hear someone say "oh... look how unique our controller is" or I see a picture with a wii-controller wasting the screenshot. It all is very nice, such a nice controller but... what I want, is just to play a game, and this, is the next generation and I think all consoles should be improved at EVERY aspect, and the Wii doesn't bring much better graphics than Nintendo did at the GameCube.      And all my favourite kinds of games and series are only coming for the 360, and I don't wanna play **** such weak NGC-graphic games, I played em way too long and now I'm sick of it...

Nintendo tries to reach new groups with games like Brain Training, and compilations of mini games under the name of a known character, like Wario.. and I HATE minigames.. blehg..   But I can´t say Nintendo fails, they´re reaching older and younger people with their games, but I think they´re dissapointing all Nintendo fans who just want to play normal games, and the Wii just doesn´t offer enough of those... Everytime I say that to a Nintendo fan boy or so, he tells me "But you got Zelda!"..  whoohoo...-_- I'm sick of that too, is Zelda the only thing they got to offer? I've waited ages, ages for "the new Zelda" and because it took so long, I expected an in every aspect perfect game, but... If I compromise it with the average 360 game... the graphics just are nothing compromising it with Ghost Recon, Rainbow Six or Gears of War... And the gameplay doesn't actually bring much new... weird that my favourite Zelda actually is still Ocarina of Time...
