Amidst the hu-ha of Starcraft announcement yesterday, EA silently released what appeared to be a teaser for new Need For Speed at its official website.

The trailer shown a souped up and beat up Mazda RX-7 in a track/circuit. A few second later on, the teaser showed a bunch of eerie damage to the car hitting tire wall that are aplenty in race tracks. Could it be true that Need For Speed will finally be given realistic damages to their cars and simulation/semi-simulation driving experience?

The teaser also gave an impression that Need For Speed XI will move from the usual street racing setting to race track racing. A good change of wind I must say. I mean it's been a good 11 years since the first NFS came out, it is about time that EA change the storyline a bit

Well, we all will get the answer this coming May 31st. You can download the teaser or view it online at Need For Speed website.

Below is one of the screenshot taken from the trailer showing a Mazda RX-7 crashing. Nice effects I must say

Look like ATi have released their new line of product. What I currently see the trend in my country is that many people that owns nVdia GeForce 8800GTS and some GTX owners starting to sell their graphic cards with the reason to upgrade to ATi 2900 series. What do you guys think about people selling over their 8800 series for this new ATi card and also ATi performance?

I'm currently running on 3D animation project for one of my degree course. I'm typing this because I have been waiting for 8 hours just to wait my rendering part to finish, but it hasn't end yet! Just for a starting part, the camera shows and turn around the city with lighting, shadows and reflections with a total of 280 frames (30 frames = 1 second) . So if 150 frames takes 8 hours to render..280 means i have to wait for almost another 8 hour!!! and it has already taken around 300MB of space

That is just the starting scene, my animation have around 10 more scene to render with an average of 1600 frames. I'm just running on Pentium 4 3.0 GHz using CINEMA 4D.

Do you guys think that I can finish rendering it by 22nd of March?

Some people just don't have opinions. Like soulbreakerx.
soulbreakerx must really love MovieTome and agree with every review we've ever written! What other reason could soulbreakerx possibly have for not rating a single film?
