Moonlight Returns!!!!!

April 25th arrived with much ado about Moonlight! For weeks teasers, sneak peeks, leaked spoilers and my own imagination built up the episode "Fated to Pretend" into a crescendo of unrecognizable proportions! I almost feared that the show would not be as good as it was being built up to be!

Was I ever wrong! This episode, Fated to Pretend, has to be one of the most emotionally charged episodes of all time! I was pulled straight into the show and I don't think I breathed much through out it! The turning of Mick by Josef!!!! Wow! Jason Dohring played that one exactly right, showing off what a great actor he is. The tear from Mick's closed eye as he traded mortality for immortality. The scene was so perfect in the show, one of the seamless moments that made you stop and think...and maybe even shed a tear yourself...it was done beautifully.

The emotional charge between Beth and Mick...Beth taking control, pointing out what Mick fears the most - - being hurt. And the long awaited KISS from Mick himself to Beth...I almost fainted....

The new ADA is going to be trouble I assume...he already doesn't like Mick and he leers at Beth. He, to paraphrase Beth, doesn't look like the type to go with unanswered questions....he's going to be trouble down the line for Mick...

This episode, of all episodes, must be watch at least 3 times, preferably back to back...to catch what you missed the first time...second time etc.

Moonlight has returned! And I think CBS owes all of Moonlight's fans the courtesy of a full season next year!
