W00t! Last night, my Dad brought out an early gift in the form of inFamous, and a necklace. inFamous, you probably already know, I think is badass. It's popular for a reason. my only gripe so far, are the sneak-behind-a-dude sidemissions. Those are unfairly hard. How does a Reaper see me a block and a half away hiding behind a car? Anyway, the necklace has a cool design. I like it. It looks like a metal disc, with three comma shapes cut out of the edge (much like the sharingan from Naruto, if that helps). Kinda like a rounded, three-pointed shuriken.
Anyway, today I woke up to three presents. One held a play and charge kit, another had 2 2800 points cards (which got me Braid, Gel, Droplitz, Worms 2, and Banjo-Tooie), and the last was Punch-Out!!. That game's pretty good too. If you've played the NES version, it's that...but better. I appriciate the "Join the Nintendo Fun...I mean Club Nintendo, today, Mac" line from Doc. That I do. I played it for about an hour, and beat everyone up to and including Piston Honda (screw you, remake-names).
My Dad says that because he has to work today and tomorrow, he's going to buy a couple gifts each day, which is fine with me. If I got them all at once, I'd probably be overwhelmed and not enjoying each gift as much.
Last night, I played Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor until 2 AM. That game's fun...but hard. Unfair hard...Persona 3 hard. Most of the game is a fairly challenging level of difficulty...except for a few fights. I just fought the third boss, and dude, what? All the enemies suddenly got boosted higher than I was, level-wise, can rape most of my units, and the only way to win, is to kill the main boss. Easy, right? Just speed over there and kill him first. No. First of all, only the MC can hurt him (for a story reason), second, the enemies can steamroll through your teamates, then quickly take you out. Through careful planning (and a lot of luck. This try, unlike the last few, did not end up with half my units being petrified), I managed to beat him. Jackass
However, I'm going to keep playing it. Despite being mildly frustrating, I'm having fun with it, and the story's pretty good.
That's all for today, folks. I'm off to play some games before going to kung-fu at 8:30, and getting killed. We celebrate birthdays there with punches. 100 for each year you are, infact (that's 1600 today, incase you can't do math). From Horse stance. With no breaks, water, leaving horse stance, or not going all out all the time. Damn.

Punch out seems like fun to me, I actually beat super punch out once. Using save state in an emulator.. I'm such a cheater.
The way you make the DS SMT sound I won't be getting it.
During those sneak missions in inFamous, it's very easy if you just stick to the rooftops / traintracks.
Happy birthday!
