Wow. Mr. Murray portrays his role as McGee superbly. His multi-layered character development combines quiet charm, strength, humor, and humility into a very believable personality. So many television characters are flat, like both Directors on NCIS have been. Mr. Murray has used his incredible talent to create a very 3-D Agent McGee. If you could combine the parts of DiNozzo, Gibbs, and McGee in to one person, he would be the perfect man...gorgeous, playful, humble, intelligent, strong, and possessing the ability to take charge as needed while giving those around him just the right amount of autonomy. Yeah, I'm dreaming out loud. :) Great work, Mr. Murray. thank you for your contribution to one of the highlights of my week.

NCIS is an excellent show with a truly excellent cast, except for both of the Directors they've hired. Nothing personal. I'm sure Ms. Holly is a very nice person, however, I've seen her in numerous roles and I was shocked to see her in this one...

I'm sure Ms. Holly is a very nice person, however, I've seen her in numerous roles and I was shocked to see her in this one because everything else I've seen her in was also poorly acted. The talent standard for NCIS is so incredibly above average that my jaw dropped when I realized that this actor was going to remain a permanent cast member because she just has no acting ability. She (AND the new Director) just don't belong in the same ranks with Harmon, Weatherly, etc. I'm sure she's really good at something. Acting? Not it.

I have thoroughly enjoyed every single actor on this series except the Director for years. I kept praying that they would replace Ms. Holly with an actor of equal aptitude as the rest of the cast. Part of my prayers were answered. They replaced her...with an equally poor actor. Please, people. You have an excellent show with an excellent cast (except for this guy). Hire someone with some acting talent and let's get the show on the road. (Pun intended.)

Totally underrated actor. His facial expressions alone should be enough to qualify him for some kind of award. He consistently expresses himself exactly as his character should at any given time. He also comes across as extremely human, and, given his incredible good looks, that's saying a lot. He COULD be a pompous a$$ and get away with it because, face it, he IS gorgeous! (And, I don't qualify very many with that attribute. Of course, Mark Harmon is right up there with Mr. Weatherly...much like a fine wine...he gets better with age.) Overall, I've been impressed with this actor's performances and his character development over the span of the series. Keep up the GREAT work! May NCIS enjoy many more years of entertaining me. ;)
