GS overreacts to things like that.

We spell out the rules clearly in the Terms of Use. Swear words must be completely obscured, and you agreed to understanding that when creating your account. If you "keep getting moderated" for it, I would think that would be a pretty clear indication that you should stop doing it.

Whether or not you like it, it's the rules.

Its considered to be censor bypassing which is agaisnt the ToU. Stinks but thats how it is.

I had one letter from a curse word shown in a journal title,and all the other letters were censored. And I got in trouble for it.

Rules are rules, even though sometimes the way these rules get enforced are too strict.

I got modded for that once, too.

Using your own form of censorship is still considered bypassing the swear filter.

I find it a tad unnecessary, too. . .I mean, there are quite a few four letter words, and context clues aren't always helpful.
