why the have2 cancel it?

well i saw them both and don't get me wrong, they had potential but i could understand why they were cancelled, especially on the point pleasant side of it... but considering the staff had some of the best from buffy and roswell on each side i knew that given the chance, they would improve. erm, firefly though, that was a crime! they never should of cancelled it!
