today we shall be looking at some of the hardest boss battles in video games. video games have featured all kinds bosses, from vampiric hookers in devil may cry 3 to birdlike kings in the kirby series, boss battles have been staples in games for the longest time and heres some of the hardest. draw the battlelines!
1. the boss in question must not be optional, you have to fight them in order to continue the game.
2. there can be only one boss per series.
now that thats over with...... lets get to it!


number five!

m. bison!

street fighters have featured this guy from day one. m bison has been called many bad things and many bad names and led to several arcade machines being broken in frustration. screw you m bison! you and your pretentious head stomp.


number four!

yunalesca!

final fantasy x gave us many hours of enjoyment, unfortunately it also gave us a three part battle with a very irritating woman named yunalesca. it was a pretty straightforward fight but with higher level magic it stood out a little bit more. what really made this boss become hated was her combo. she would cast xombie, then cast full cure..... instant death. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

number three!

metal sonic/ robotnik combo fight!

sonic 2 crapped out this duo from hell. you fought metal sonic and then fought robotnik in a giant robot back to back with no break..... OR RINGS! learning the patterns of both bosses, and jumping, JUST RIGHT was important to winning. noone can beat these the first time they play them.

number two!

erazor djinn monster!

sonic and the secret rings gave us a simplistic if not fun wii game..... and a hard boss battle. the very first volley of hits is almost impossible to dodge and later ones require the soul gauge to dodge...... but you have to use the soul gauge to attack him! grrrrrrrrrrr, get ready to die alot from learning his patternes before you beat this guy, guaranteed no win the first time you fight him.

so what could be harder? well lets find out!

indalecio!

star ocean 2 wasnt picked up by most of the general public but man was it good.... and the last boss..... SUCKED! nothing he did was that mean except for his earthquake attack which either did 4999 damage or 9999 damage. mostly the latter. theres really nothing you can do to stop him from launching these attacks. mostly he wipes out your team in one hit. this is seriously one of the most frustrating boss battles...... EVER

not enough punishment listening to these boss battles? buy the games and play them, but dont send the bill for your broken controller to me! till next time gamers!!
