just about every comment under the preview for GHWT says "blah blah blah rock band ripoff" SO WHAT? WHO CARES the guitar looks great the drumkit looks great and it has song creation and and upload service so there will be an unlimited ammount of tunes to play. Why does it matter if they have guitar, bass, drums, and singing like rock band it looks like they are going to do it better than harmonix did . No one cant actually think that the head honchos at harmonix are the only people in the world who thought of the idea to put all those instruments in a game together. Activision is not stealing anyones ideas. And everyone needs to realize how good this is for the people like you and me playing these games. Anyone recall when EA bought the NFL liscense and people flew off the handle that there was no competition so that made football games suffer. Well if activision just laid down and let harmonix trample all over them then we would have a music game genre owned by harmonix. remember competition makes better games, better games make gamers happy.

So i was cruising through fresno california and realised i had neglected myself this holiday season. To make up for this i dropped in at gamestop and picked up the wii rainchecks they had there so i have a wii guaranteed to me before january 25th. This really was the chance of the season to get a wii but as I noticed, there was no advertising campaign, or even as much as a small sign saying "taking wii rainchecks" I noticed I was one of the first to get the raincheck at that retailer and it was closing in an hour on the 21st. So im lucky and to all of you who still dont have one and are looking, sucks for you, maybe you will read the nintendo news stories more throughly next time cuz you really missed out. So any suggestion for a first game? I was thinking GHIII

My rant about the recent departure of gamespot editor jeff gerstmann was out of line and uncalled for. I thought i would go off as have many others without the real story about jeff leaving. My initial thoughts were misplaced and incorrect. Jeff we will miss you and my sincere apologies for jumping to conclusions about this event.
