I got accepted for an internship at this newspaper called De Morgen. Now, if you're not from Belgium you don't know this, but De Morgen is one of three Belgian quality newspapers. So it's a pretty big deal getting an internship there.
I start next month (February 18th) and the internship lasts three months. I'll be writing for the section 'Culture & Media'. At first I didn't want to do culture, because I don't know sh*t about art or theatre. But I arranged that I mostly will be writing about media (they have this supplement every friday called media.com), television and movies. How ideal is that! I will aso be going to press conferences from television networks.
Is this exciting or what?

congratulations jane! that's fantastic news; hope you'll have a splendid time at de morgen and learn a lot :-). oh, and next time you're in brussels, we should meet

Congratulations! I got the summer Internship I wanted! Now mind you it is nowhere near as Glamorous as yours! I mean Press conferences are pretty Impressive!
Try and find an Excuse to shout one day, I'm out of order, this whole D8mn Press conference is out of order. I know that is better suited to Court Rooms, but you could still shout it! and as they drag you from the room, shout, "Attica, Attica!"
