Introduction
Yup, I'm sort of bad at introductions today so let's see where I can start this up. Going to be a good issue. Got a 24 review, American Idol commentary, and the usual Buffy review. A little short of an issue but I'll try and make it up to you on Friday.
And yeah. Lets just get to it.
On Last Night

Prison Break
"Panama" (2.20)
9.5 out of 10
Prison Break is getting exceptionally good as the season winds down to its final episodes. Everything we've been building to is culminating and everything we've been wondering is coming together. This episode seems really good and I think it can only get better.
I loved T-Bag's obsession with the strippers. He's such an interesting character and, even if you hate the things he does, he pulls them off so well and you're fascinated by him. (At least I am.)
I also love how everyone is now in Panama (or heading there, in Mahone's case) and it seems everything will happen in Fin Del Camino. I also found it really clever how Michael had the Greek letters in the sketches of the tattoos and it led him from step to step. Really cleverly plotted and I thought that was so cool how that was tied together.
And that's really it. I know there's a lot of fodder for discussion in this episode but I just can't collect my thoughts. Really great episode though and I'm looking forward to the remaining two in the second season.

24
"7PM - 8PM" (2.14)
8.9 out of 10
Did anyone notice the really annoying fact that they totally ignored Logan's cliffhanger last week? I was like, "What?" Anyway, not a horrible episode but it really bothered me all the way through it that they didn't even mention Logan flatlining, which may have downed the grade a few points.
First: Audrey's dead! The wicked witch of the west is dead! Well, no she's not. I think that's pretty obvious. Or, at least, I think it is. She'll probably appear near the end of the season or as the mucho cliffhanger. Guess they needed a way to keep her off in case The Nine didn't bomb. (Which, sadly, it did.)
Nadia didn't do anything. I think Milo is the one leaking the information. Remember that there was the little issue in the beginning of the episode where Chloe scolded them for password-sharing so Nadia could get proper clearance.
And the dumb vice president! God, who's that stupid? I'm like practically steaming! How could anyone be as stupid to risk World War III just to not look like an ass for backing out of his original plan? This should be interesting.
The whole episode was, overall, really good and got me actually involved by yelling at the television when the VP was making stupid decisions and cheered when Tom grew a backbone and bit my nails as Jack tried to get the drone from not crossing the perimeter.
I'm looking forward to next week! Look like Karen's going to wake Wayne up. Wha-oh!
American Idol
"Top 11 Perform"
4 drunken Paula's out of 5
Not much of an intro. Hopefully it'll be a good night. British invasion, baby.

1. Haley Scarnato - I really liked her this week. Didn't I tell you she could do good? I think she just needs to project a little more and she could be a real threat to the rest of the competition if she just becomes a little louder.
3.5 drunken Paula's out of 5
2. Chris Richardson - Well, he just proved he can't sing by trying to show us he can sing. From his dumb facial expressions (constipated look!) to his screeching voice, he'll be the next VFTW pick once Sansucka is gone.
2 drunken Paula's out of 5

3. Stephanie Edwards - Eh, she was boring this week. Nothing too special but not bad enough to deserve a boot home.
3 drunk Paula's out of 5
4. Blake Lewis - Different side to Blake, somewhat similar to his first performance at the Top 24. I agree with the judges that it sounded very good and contemporary the way he changed it around.
4.5 drunken Paula's out of 5
5. Lakisha Jones - Best performance after her first but still better than what she's done before. Still hasn't impressed me after her first go around and I think that her welcome will wear off in a few weeks and she'll start to either really suck or really be good.
4 drunken Paula's out of 5

6. Phil Stacey - (First of all, he really creeps me out. Like, when he's on screen, he makes me feel uncomfortable.) His best performance yet but I still don't like him and he still really creeps me out and I hope he gets out tomorrow.
3.5 drunken Paula's out of 5
7. Jordin Sparks - Awesome. Simply awesome. If she doesn't make it to the Top 3, the show has no purpose. I absolutely love her!
5 drunken Paula's out of 5 [First score of five! Yay!]
8. Sanjaya Malakar - What. The. Heck. The girl crying? AHAHA! Anyway, horrible. Probably his best performance. And that's not really a good thing. And the lights at the end were like...blinding. (And wow. Big reveal of the girl crying. A fan? Of Sansucka? Shoot me dead.)
0.5 drunken Paula's out of 5

9. Gina Glocksen - I loved it. Absolutely awesome. Not sure if its her best performance but it was absolute awesome and she's totally getting into her thing and I'd love her to win. (Blah on Randy and Simon. I usually agree with them but she was really, really good today.)
4.5 drunken Paula's out of 5
10. Chris Sligh - Not horrible. Not the worst performance of the night, anyhow. Think it could've been a little stronger, though. Probably safe for this week unless something happens like it did last week.
3 drunken Paula's out of 5

11. Melinda Doolittle - Great. A nice end to a really good night and I really hope that she wins. Melinda is awesome! Oh, yeah.
5 drunken Paula's out of 5 [Oh, yeah. Second five of the night.]

Buffy the Vampire Slayer
"As You Were" (6.15)
8.6 out of 10
Riley's back. And his wife is fourty times cooler than Riley ever was. Sam is awesome! If she was in every episode, I would love every single second. Riley is ehh but the whole episode isn't as bad as people make it out to be. The demon story is dumb but it introduces a really good one-shot character.
The awkward interaction between Buffy and Riley is funny and I also like the relationship between Dawn and Riley. It seems strange, though, because even though Riley was around when we saw Dawn there, we really didn't see their chemistry or relationship on screen.
I like the conversations that Xander and Anya have with Sam about their wedding and what happened and such. Builds up to next episode when their wedding goes kablooey.
The whole episode is highly underrated and I really don't think it should have gone into the 7's for average rating on the website. Great mid-season episode that breaches the part between the beginning of the season and the end.

I actually did something this week. Let me repeat. I actually did something this week. I got the editorship for Color Splash and actually got a few submission. Actual submissions in my queue! Amazing. That's happened like once before that.
I taped the first two episodes and watched the first one for enjoyment and plan to watch the second soon and then go back and get quotes and trivia and such.
Feels good to get an editorship of an active show, even a small one like Color Splash.
This and That
Well, we have an interesting American Idol video for you today! Starve for Sanjaya. Haven't heard of it? Click here to check it out!
Absolutely hilarious. Discuss in comments.
Your Voice
Well, it's that time again. Hopefully we get a few more comments this time. -puppy dog eyes-
First Question: Which do you think has been the most satisfying so far this season: 24 or Prison Break? (I was going to say Heroes but then that would be an obvious answer.)
Second Question: Do you think the Nielsen ratings system is fair?

Ta-da! That's it for this lovely Wednesday. Have a next two days and I'll be back on Friday with Lost, Grey's, Bones, and AI result reviews. See you then and, please, remember to comment the blog.
